# 准备
工具： 螺丝刀 刀片/拆壳撬刀 镊子 除胶刻刀 塑料电池刮刀 手机屏幕边框胶水 绝缘散热膏 吹风机
# 华为 huawei mate 7 - 更换新屏幕总成 Liquid Crystal Display assembly
# 拆机步骤：
取下下巴后壳 Open the bottom cover
退出卡槽 Using the key tool, open the SIM card and MMC card tray and remove it. ⚠️ Warning!
Do not push too hard this may cause damage.
后盖白色长螺丝 Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew the 2 bolts on the bottom of the phone.
分离后盖(注意指纹排线) Open the back cover. ⚠️ Warning! The fingerprint sensor (located on the cover) connects to the PCB by a cable, so you need to open carefully.
Pry up the fingerprint sensor connector.
屏幕和电源排线上的屏蔽铁片+黑色短螺丝 Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 1 bolt in the bracket holds the connectors. Remove the bracket.
拔开电源排线/屏幕排线/尾插排线(先断电源避免短路) Disconnect the connectors(battery/screen/lower pcb inter-board). ⚠️ Warning!
We strongly recommend disconnecting the connector to avoid a possible short circuit during disassembly.
主板顶部白色长螺丝 Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 4 bolts.
顶部天线支架 Pry and remove the upper cover with antennas.
底部支架白色长螺丝 Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 bolts in the lower PCB.
尾插 Remove the lower PCB.
白色天线一端重新连接尾插 reconnect the white coaxial cable to the lower PCB
加热取下扬声器 Pry and remove the buzzer (speaker) assembly
主板剩余黑色短螺丝 Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 bolts in the PCB.
加热振动器，拔开按键排线，取下主板 Disconnect the power & volume buttons connectors on the PCB ,pry up vibration motor and remove the PCB
加热电池周边，取下电池 Pry and remove the battery
加热取下按键 Pry & remove the power & volume buttons flex cable.
加热取下听筒和摄像头 Pry and remove the earpiece (speaker), disconnect the main camera connector on the PCB and remove it
# 组装步骤：
电池除胶，平整，安装到新屏幕 Clean up the battery and then install it into the new display assembly
安装听筒 install the earpiece (speaker)
屏幕/电池/尾插排线要扣好， 然后铁盖先盖上再上黑色短螺丝 Connect the connectors(battery/screen/lower pcb inter-board) , cover it with the bracket and then screw 1 black bolt 。。。。
最后是后盖，加热拿下指纹排线并扣好 Finally, connect the fingerprint connector and then put on the back cover
# 注意事项
1.如果是换屏幕总成，在拆机之前先连接屏幕排线测试一下新屏幕是否正常 2.下巴盖子、振动器、听筒、摄像头、扬声器、电池、侧边开关机键需要用吹风机加热再拆 soften the glue with hair dryer for the vibration motor/earpiece/buzzer/battery/the buttons cable 3.拆主板的时候注意振动器的胶可能很紧，然后还要注意开关机键排线要打开 4.安装底部尾插时注意里面一侧先要对齐扣好再按下去，否则会没有声音 5.螺丝有长短，不要拧错，不要拧太紧，否则压破屏幕或者产生黑点 two types of bolts, don't use the wrong one, don't screw too tight 6.听筒不要装反 mind the earpiece direction 7.注意电池是否有破皮漏液鼓包，如果有就要换新，用圆筒滚一下滚平，刮平胶水 replace the battery in case of leaking 8.白色天线要顺着卡槽走，不然后盖会压住 please put the coaxial cable inside the edge slots otherwise the back cover mahy break it 9.装后盖时不要捏屏幕中间，捏边上即可 10.先断开电源排线再操作，可以避免造成短路 11.不要损伤元器件
